Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, profile content, verification materials, messages, session details, and feedback submissions.

We also collect technical and usage information needed to operate the service, including device/browser context, sign-in state, feature interactions, and safety or moderation signals.

  • Account and identity data such as name, email, role, and professional profile details.
  • Collaboration data such as messages, session participation, posts, group activity, and recruiter workflows.
  • Operational data such as security events, error logs, and service diagnostics.

How we use personal data

Musterios uses personal data to authenticate users, deliver core product features, moderate misuse, support verification flows, and improve product quality.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified insights to understand platform performance and make the service more useful over time.

  • To provide account access, messaging, networking, and live-session experiences.
  • To maintain safety, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce platform rules.
  • To improve onboarding, discovery, verification, and product reliability.

Storage, retention, and protection

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the platform, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the community.

Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate business purpose. We use layered technical and organizational controls to reduce unauthorized access risks.

  • Authentication and preference details may be stored locally in your browser to keep you signed in and preserve core functionality.
  • Backup, logging, and monitoring systems may temporarily retain operational records for resilience and security review.
  • No system can promise absolute security, but we work to minimize exposure and respond quickly to issues.
